Hand 3 — PNR Wholesale Services LLC → registered-agent fulfillment partner
Fulfillment, when live, runs through PNR Wholesale Services LLC to its registered-agent fulfillment partner, under a written agreement — at the published $110 fulfillment cost the Fee Schedule arithmetic reflects. The fulfiller is authorized in the SS-4's third-party designee block, never as responsible party.
Hand 4 — IRS, Cincinnati (EIN International Operation)
Fax, phone, or mail on the international route. The wait is tracked against the IRS-published window for the route, and chased when the window passes.
Hand 5 — CP 575
The IRS's EIN confirmation notice — the document your bank has been waiting for.
Hand 6 — Owner
The CP 575 is delivered to you as the closing document, with the Form 5472 orientation and your first-year deadline calendar.
